Ho, ho, ho
Some of you may or may not know Ultimate Edition started out as "Ubuntu Christmas Edition" a few years ago. You can read more about that on our wiki. I thought, I would continue a bit of tradition and at least drop a xmas theme for you ladies & gents. The theme as well as another new theme (on themelinux.com home page) can be viewed on my new site here.
Merry Christmas,

I do provide a tool called Ultamatix it allows installation of UE themes as well you will be able to hand pick software. You can learn about this tool at http://ultamatix.com/

I’d love to have a copy of UE 2.5 but can’t get it. I’ve tried at least four times, using three browsers. I never get more than 95 kb/s download speed from Sourceforge, and it aborts somewhere before finishing. This last time I got a whole 2 GB before it crashed.
So, how can I get a copy of 2.5?
Thanks.

Sourceforge provides 25 mirrors, believe me it is without a doubt been a stress reliever to me. I have hosted the OS in the past and have seen 1/2 a petabyte of traffic & shutdown multiple times. I do not recommend this but I do host all UE editions and can be found here http://downloadue.info/ISO/ Please people do not beat me offline. I can only handle about 200 downloads at a time. It is cloud based hosting. If hosting “Unlimited” was so simple do you think Google would not be hosted the same way I am sure they see petabytes per month maybe exobytes.
