I do not want to let the cat out of the bag yet, but we are going places & will be in a hurry. Why don’t I once in a while check my e-mail? Huge opportunities I have pissed away. I have 12,000 e-mails, still about 1,400 to yet read. I will not tell you what is coming, just large things. Wiki I no longer care what they say, we are #13 of the top used distro & soon to change for the better I assure you. I wish I could tell you the millions I am personally responsible for losing. I guess I am a POS where that is involved. My workload is extreme.

I now accept donations, something I never wanted to do & have ate all costs involved over the years minus adverts. When you read what is coming I hope you will understand. None the less I will never sell out on you.

Ultimate Edition is here to stay. Elect an admin to read my e-mail? Don’t say anything until I drop the post.

hello all, i want to “say” something
I’m not expert with UE or Linux GNuLinux etc….
but this distribution UE its amazing and easy this give me more
opportunity (chance ) for developing myself my child etc. thanks for your time and your intelligence distributive so when wiki or microsuck “tell” something of this people who created this distribution i think it is something wrong on the other side of the EDGE I’m with you but I’m not developer informatics or programmer im just one little poet writer of something which dos not exist . have a nice day and everything gonna be alright .

Hi Theemahn, I just d/l’d UE2.6 and gave it test run. Very impressive. Gonna install it now. You know, if you weren’t doing such a good job and an impressive one at that, the critics and nay sayers wouldn’t be so critical of what you are doing. Keep up the good work. There will always be someone that doesn’t like the same cup of tea that you do.

Thanks, I appreciate that. When I incoherently asked for donations for my old rig shocked me to see it unsold. That is ok now the kids comp & I feel overkill, they both love urban terror. That will come out of my pocket next month It is all good I have full intentions of going to college to see how much I can teach the professor. My profession programming At least I will have a piece of paper that says I know what I know. I hope they CLEP me.

Anyone who harasses or badmouths you is a complete idiot in my opinion.

I was running standard ubuntu 8.04 to begin with, but then found Ultimate Edition. I downloaded and installed 1.8, and am still running that now (I haven’t upgraded to later versions as I can’t be bothered to back up all my data, and didn’t think to create a seperate home partition when i originally installed).

Yes, there are problems from time to time, but most problems have been fixed very quickly as far as I have been able to tell.

You may not ask for donations, but if I could (I cannot unfortunately, due to my current circumstances), I would willingly donate in a heartbeat.

You are an amazing ‘Mahn’, and I, along with I imagine, the rest of the Ultimate Edition community, wholly respect you a lot for everything you do for us.
