You are correct, I just checked it. I did not change the index.theme file to reflect 2.3 it shows up as 2.2.

Hi there. I tried to select Ultimate Edition 2.3 as sound scheme. However it is not an option.

Left click your speaker in your tray >> Sound preferences >> select Ultimate Edition 2.3 for your sound scheme.

Hi.
I don’t normally post comments about any operating system, but since i tried UE 2.3 i have been hooked on the progress of this wonderful OS.
I have however one question and thats, how do i get 2.6 to start similar to 2.3 with the voice (system ready, system activated). I personally liked that concept, and to be honest i do miss it.

No, we have many issues. The forum is my first priority and most likely will not have the time to address the issue any further until Monday. UE 2.7 has 2 issues, both have been filed with launchpad. If necessary I will personally fix at least one of. Light issues are nothing for me to fix, kernel based is a load of work I do not need. I am under a serious load as it is. The forum issue was the last thing I wanted. No support, made it priority #1, 2.7 will wait. Sorry.

No problem buddy…i noticed something…but i am not on all the time.
Good thing because when i am on all the time…it means i dont have work.its tough out here too…just to survive.We have to do what we have to do…and never give up and never give in.Onward and forward…there is no backwards… : )
