Thanks guy, I appreciate that. Against my better judgment I have started accepting donations. It does pay for hosting and hardware, over the years I have paid out of pocket. I honestly wanted it to be free to all and still is, even if I had to eat costs involved. Asking for a donation is not a bad thing. It is optional I try and not force things on the end user.

No…im not saying dont share it. The only way to see all the features is to install it. I never had all the features on a live cd. I probably do it wrong as usual. It is your blog your creation…and your time. I am only going by what i see.I dont want you to think i am bashing you. Im not. I just was not expecting some things.I wont write anything after this. It really is none of my busuness what another person does. I am only a spec on here. I dont know so much…i am only an artist and know how to paint…thats all.I use this OS because i like it. I think you are excellent at what you do…and i make people angry when i write something.

Can’t see where all the negativity is coming from. I’m with UE just a couple of years but getting a free OS every six months beats anything else I know. Rubbing it in that thee mann is just a person and not some high and mighty multinational helps making the point of how much we are usually being squeezed.
Sorry, but I’m not changing OS every 6 months — usually I am lazy and skip a distro (hope I’ve used that fancy word correctly).
Set us up that we can donate pennies easily without being charged through the noses and you’ll sure have whatever’s left of the shoestring we have to operate on.

TheeMahn; I could not agree with you more on your comments. I enjoy the acquaintance of men and women of principle. Those are the people I trust the most and wish to befriend. Never give up on your principles-NEVER EVER!
Also as far as the comment the gentleman made about the reasoning behind an Alpha version I totally disagree with him. I mean no disrespect Steven. Alpha versions, in my eyes, are necessary to have a different set of viewpoints on what people expect from any Linux OS-not just UE. It gives the end user nice looking out for the end user TheeMahn) a chance to add his or her input into what should stay and what should go.
I have been distro hopping for several days now and guess what? I have returned to UE 2.7 as my single and primary Linux OS. As long as it is going on the path it is going on it UE will be the only Linux I will ever use.
Please extend my heart felt greetings and salutations to all those who have made UE possible. Please keep up the good work.
