Have been using UE5 since it was released on a Toshiba P875-S7200 laptop with no problems. I’ve just installed UE5.4 and attempted to restart the distro with no success. I get a Windows like “blue screen of death” with the loading type revolving circle and an indicator bar that seems to show the program is loading. It will not load or boot, it just sits there and does nothing. Please help.
I am truly impressed with this distribution. I am a long time user of Ultimate Edition, this edition is the most bug free one since 2.5. All the error notifications that I normally get when installed (as in 5.1) are all gone and the runaway cpu usage when using the appearance app has been fixed. This is the UE I remember of old. Everything just works out of the box like it used to long ago. I commend you because it has the feel of Thee Mahn’s touch. I will be running this version on all my computers now (which is going to take me awhile to deploy across all 10 of them).Thank you this one is truly a gift. I will be sending a donation soon.
